Welcome to the thread. Btw is yours a silver FW ?

Fuel consumption varies from rider to rider.

Adjusting the idling rpm time and go slow on the throttle on lower gears will stretch your dollar. Fine tune your idling to not more than 1000rpm is ideal :)

Hope this helps....

Thanks for the info brader n btw my 2wheelers is dat colour...(is dat ur former silver horse?)

.......:bouncefire:

how come the fc is abt 175miles full tank and reserve light on....i've read some say can go to 300+km..can you advise

Hi Gums,

Welcome..to our D9 family!

About your Question, did you calculate the mileage with the amount of litres you top up. 300+km- is no problem for a divvy to achieve. What octane rate of petrol are you using? Octane 95 is good enough for divvy regardless of petrol company. As for my bike I have not send in for any tune up for carburetor so far it is fine. From your question-You know about the miles and Km difference on your bike(miles X 1.6= KM).

NORMALLY D9 CONSUME between 17km or 18km to a litre of petrol, this for normal city riding, highway you will have better.

Maintain a good tyre pressure. Have you replace or clean the air filter yet.

We have a HR officer here, he will go around and headhunt the other diversion rider who hasn't joined this thread and he will invite them to this thread.

It is very easy to recongnise him, his bike is very shiny, his helmet is very shiny, his jackt is very shiny and his head also.

Red liner mean, the rev needle always reaches the red zone during pickup.

For those who is going to service your carburettor. You might wanna buy a service kits also from AM or HL.

It is those small rubber seals. It is recommended but not compulsory.

The meaning of DIY is Do It Yourself, incase someone has forgotten.

The price of the service kit, check with AM, AC or HL.
