must say d customer service, mechs doing ur bike is :thumb: even better than some bike shops at alexandra village...even better than d famous **L. tats y i will go back there 4 bike "check ups" cos d mech will examine d cause n let u know wats wrong b4 starting work on d bike

most of d time they give ice cold drinks...but recently cos of d fasting month d dun give 2 muslims cos they dun wana offend them. but if its not fasting month they will give 2 every1...unless they veri busy may hv 4get so pls dun think they r bias. i found d boss n mech all so friendly dat sometimes i jus go there only 2 chat wif them...alec even tease me say i so free mostly spend my time at their shop. well such a friendly atmosphere jus keeps u going back 4 more....oh ya i jus started going 2 their shop about 1 month plus back only. ups 4 UNIQUE!!! :thumb:

actually i service there is not too bad experience. only except one when they do check up of my bike n forget to put back my oil belt but over all is still quite gd

Found out this shop when my x1 tire puncture at Enuos mrt there a few months ago. .. push and push then saw this shop, expect price to be veri expensive but they charge mi damm cheap, so change oil plug and tires 2gether. The free drink can DIY take from the freezer, that what the boss or mech told mi. nice and friendly place. been goinf there since. I fully recommend it.

Hi unique, i would like to check you for CB400 cpec 2, do u have white headlight bulb cos mine is the old one currently its the yellow one. I heard its illegal for whitelight and if you have, pls let me know how much u quote plus installations and also advice on the lifespan of the whitelight. Ya, went there to change coolant and brake pad. Some more i step in haven sit down yet, kelvin offered me a drink le. Power wor.. I think i will confrim go there again, friendly sia. Some of the other bikes shops i go, OMG!! I think bikers will know what i mean. This is totally diff.

all i can say is that unique has earned completely my trust..

they never failed to disappoint me and always go the extra mile to make sure i leave the workshop with my bike in tip top condition.

let it be just changing engine oil to a top service.

upz to the bosses and mechanics!

as a regular customer, i will promote and advertise unique~!

Yea i just Did a Top Overhaul with them,and the bike really feel good now,much better then last time,BUt sad part is need to RUN IN LOl..must tahan!!!..

 

but Thumbs Up for them,really a good shop and friendly people working there..
