Ways of keeping cats away from your bike

I don't think so lah. My cat will run away when I open a Tiger Balm bottle and point at her. Just that sometimes she will be curious and lick the bottle. Then she will realise her mistake and then just sit there and stick out her tongue repeatedly to try to get rid of the taste

 

You can use Axe oil and test your neighbourhood cats lor. See if they will come and smell or not hahahaha...

good for you if you like it. i don't like cats to begin with! if you're happy to let the bloody cat damage your bike then great, hopefully more cats go to your bike and stay away from others...

i tried using pepper. dunno got work anot oso. wind blow, the pepper bo liao.

 

but if the cat like that particular location, park else where might solve the prob.

I dun mind them sleeping under my bike, heck, I'm even OK if they sleep on my seat. The thing is, dun lar go and scratch my seat and pee on it!

Woke up this morning to discover that my motorcycle seat has one big hole and the foam inside was partially dug out. My motorcycle cover has been torn as well. Most probably the act of stray cats!

 

Where can I repair the seat, or do i need to go back to HL yamaha to buy a new seat?

I have a cat, and my bike seats have been scratched by cats before. Cats don't actually do "long scratches" like what you see in cartoons. You see tiny puncture marks on your seat.

 

To deter the cat from revisiting I dab Tiger Balm on my seat. So far so good.

 

One big hole, very unlikely it was done by cats unless your seat was already quite jialat. My cat likes to scratch on my sofa and it took many months before she made a big hole in the seat.

 

As for the cover I really think it's unlikely that the cat did it. Cats prefer a very secure surface to plant themselves.

 

Cats like motorcycles because the seat provides a nice and comfortable sleeping place.

Go re-wrap your seats at LAB next doors.

 

And keep your corbin seats at home.
