1.2-2+ also available.

depends alot on the condition.

KR is lighter. less buff (longer)

SP is heavier. more buff (fatter)

CBR150 is lighter. lesser buff (more suit for female)

maintainance wise, CBR150 much cheaper cause 4stroke

KR SP more ex in maintainance, but performance sure better ten cbr150

oh, k k .. i still tryin to figure out kr or sp .. whereas my frens all psycho me for sp cos they ride also .. but i see them skid duno how many times till i scared ..:sian:

it's the rider, not the gender. but yes, sometimes have to admit that weight and height of the bike can be an obstacle as we girls are not as physically strong as guys and we are generally shorter.

personally i ride vespa for transport and a ktm 200 for dirt trail. what bike to ride really depends what you want from ur ride.

each type of bike has its different character or rather its 'uses'. i find vespa appealing to me with its vintage vibe and I also like the nature and challenges of dirtbiking. So i got myself a vespa and dirt bike lor.

Gotta ask yourself what you want and what's practical instead of whether i look nice in this bike or not? it's not like clothes, u know? haha.

haha, i find girls riding scrambler damn chio .. so tall they also can ride ..

then can consider scram also... there are ways of shortening scram...

anyway a lot of sportbikes for class 2b now:

sp

cbr

kr

rs125

r125

r150

think still got some others

btw, i have a female friend riding kr. 2b sportsbikes still considered quite small and lightweight... shouldnt pose that much of a problem.

boring rider. with a boring bike.

too old to want to appear interesting anymore.

erm... don't treat me as the authority on this but

i heard kawasaki insurance price is the highest

insurance may also take into consideration your age, p-plate, previous riding record and brand (model?) of bike

insurance is very expensive now. last year i paid more than $1k (p-plate, no accident, 2nd party, honda bike, ntuc insurance)

machine price can check out the garage sales part of the forum... sure got ppl selling kr

don't worry, can still buy third party... should be under $1k i think

but will have no coverage against fire and theft

sp and kr are quite easily stolen i heard... but you might be luckier than me (my first bike was stolen )

..i dont see why girls cant ride sports bikes? some already zipping around on class 2a and 2 sportsbikes :lovestruck:

just like every other bike gotta take some time to slowly ride around and get orientated first ba.

maybe u can go view some bikes and try sitting on it to get a feel of the riding position and weight before u decide..

supposedly sp has a higher top end speed while kr has a better pick-up, easier to find 'newer' 2nd hand bikes also

imo good pick up=faster acceleration out of the many traffic junctions otr..:cheeky:

baby, u're my love..

2 stroke bike generally FC is not as good as 4 stroke bikes.

u wan cheap, fast get SP or KRR.

u wan not so cheap, not so fast, good fc, lesser trouble get 4 strke.

last i heard KR 3rd party insurance from ntuc for a 19 yo pplate was 980.

mitsui quoted me 1.6K.

soo.. u agar agar lor.

UPS FOR KR. lol! the sound from kr nicer, imo.

+1.

i prefer KR to SP too.

but i prefer FULLY stock KR. not those with weird tailights and SHORT mudguard.

and i prfer it in grey. STOCK grey, STOCK condition.

but i also like my cbr. :sian::angel:

yes, the more you are afraid, the worse it gets. i almost tio that situation also. but i think most likely also because you arent used to the bike yet. once you get your bike, and you have been riding it for like 1 to 3 days at most, by that time i think you should have proper control of your veh alr.
