Move off: 0730am

Travelling speed: 110km/hr

Distance: 280km Est

Please note, have the courtesy to turn up on time. I will wait for no one unless informed earlier. By phone call or sms. I have auto-roam. No refund will be given too. And if you are late, please do not be to extreme. Thank you

 

 

Please note! Closing date is 20th May 2009 due to rooms availability. Confirmation by SGD50 downpayment to me. (This is required by the resort.) Please transfer amount to me to DBS Saving 033-1-023286. Sms me after transfer is done. My nos below.

 

Rooms allocation is 2 person to a room. Those who are single like ME will have to find a partner to share the room. Unless stated, room partner will be allocate by us. Bike can be park beside room. Resort is bike friendly and with security. Price of room as selected my us is RM 150. So if 2 to a room will be Rm75 per person. Price inclusive of breakfast for 2.

Activities Cost Breakdown

 

Paintball = Rm 650 / 2000balls

Go-Kart = Rm 10 -30 / 4 Laps

ATV = Rm 30 / 4Laps (Agar agar)

Archery = RM 10 / 15 Arrows

Horse Riding = RM 10 / 2 rounds, RM50/ Short Trail(20 mins), RM100 / Long Trail(45 Mins)

Swimming Pool = FREE!!!!

 

There are others but dont think we have too much time to do and not worth it.

GP Esso = 0

Ayer Hitam Shell = 87.6km (Est)

Ayer Keroh = 130km (est)

Eagle ranch = 52km (est)

 

Lunch will be Bak Kut Teh, somewhere near the ranch. So we will eat first then proceed to the ranch.

 

Once at the ranch, will be OTOT....

ooh ok this is because on sat the 6th june, the whole resort has been booked by a royal family for a birthday bash...hence its off limits to all

You want a 50% deposit first in RM right?

What's the exchange rate you are base on? 2.35~2.40??

Why not make it a SGD$50 deposit for ease of transaction?

the deposit required by the resort is Rm thus we'll be transacting in Rm...as for the deposit, i'd leave it to Arthur's discretion on whether to adopt the S$50 or whatsoever ruling he deems fit, as he is the official liaison between us and the resort...

Was thinking about this issue earlier at work. If the deposit will be by Visa, then the exchange rate will be determine my the bank. Some unpleasentness will surely occur. If I were to collect $50 as deposit from all participants, then will be carrying a lot of $$$ on me. Lost, I die. Not advisable.

 

I was thinking, on the final date which is 20th May. I should have the confirm nos of participants. I will then get the resort to quote me in SGD and me will pay them in SGD. From there we will see the balance each have to pay. We will settle the balance in RM when we check out.

 

Most important is we need to see people coming for the trip.
