Thanks for your replies guys! Definitely helped. So if I get the stainless steel Termis, I need to pay Minerva to legalize it? How about Titanium ones?

 

Can't think of anything else that look nice and legal.

 

But if the legal Termis sound no better than stock, then no point spending the money .. Sigh .......

I'm actually impressed that the shortie for the multistrada is approved. But the cat for it is huge as well la.

 

The Slipon for the Multi is only cosmetic, it doenst change anything to the power output, it mostly changes the looks. And since E3 Regulation is on CAT and Sound the slipon is not removing the Cat nor is it increasing the sound by much so it is therefore following the E3 regulation.

That being said, you can remove the ugly cat of the Multi and with the termi Can it looks great but then the power output is actually worse.........(and no longer legal ....)

i have this problem where my bike voltage goes to 14.6 to 14.8 when my fan is on and when the bike is hot.

 

i dun have this problem when i start bike or warming up the bike staying at a healthy 14.2v. the problem comes only when the bike is very hot and when fan is on.

 

is there anything wrong with my rectifier? or is it something worst? and i notice my volt is at 12v when i switch on my ignition. is my battery weak? btw may i noe wat battery u guys use? any good reccomendations?

 

 

P.S: as for pipes isint it simple? scare tio fine go legal stock if not scare stay with ur aftermarkets... there is no such thing as legal and loud.

wan loud go illegal...if scare stay oem...

Personally ur bike sounds fine to me. A batt cannot store more then 12v +. And max charge back is at 14.4v. But readings are subjective to load. But that does not reflect how much the coils are punching out.

 

But on a seperate note, ducati rectifiers are known to go bust.

thanks i will go check out my rectifiers tml maybe. well with a 12v display flashing when i switch on the bike. it doesnt feel normal though

Fitted the Suter Slipper clutch to the 848 EVO , dam its lovely had it out at Sentul in Jakarta on Sunday and so much more fun to ride , just waiting for the Bazzaz and Quick shifter to turn up from Milton Poh then it should be well sorted

I actually feel safer riding my Harley compared to riding my stock Diavel because I can see heads in cars turning a litte to see where the sound is coming from. Not too loud, just enough to sound good and be heard.

 

By the way, love the collection of bikes you have ridden these past years. One question I have. How did you convince your wife to let you keep 4 bikes at the same time? I know some people have more so I am always wondering. I think I will need to downsize to 2 because a lot of complaints for keeping 3.
