I hope the owner of the lay up bike is you, cos if its not you, he may be in trouble too.

And if he happen to be your friend who don't wana get into trouble, maybe he will report lost of the bike, and that may make you the thief, worst case scenario.

Dont waste time on lawyers, as you case it quite clear cut. You will get a fine and likely be banned from riding for a year at least.

But dont worry, a few years will pass and you will laugh it off one day. Youth allows us to make some mistakes, thankfully, no one was injured, and when there is life, there is hope.

Everyone makes mistakes, just face up to it, and in a few years from now, you should have your license. It is not as bad as it seems, just a traffic offence.

What has happened cannot be changed, but no one was injured, so just plead guilty and move on.

Cheers.

you got a point, TS we are not flaming you but individual responsibility is very important. Not just to yourself but other road user too. Perhaps its a right choice to put you off the road for a while, take this time and reflect on your acts. Like sakura mention, its very very fortunate enough that you didn't involve in any fatal accident. God bless you.

okay..... watever it is must chill and face it like a macho man... i know someone who was in the same shoes as you abt 2 months ago, but he was driving a car w/o license. now he is serving 6 mths cos can't afford the fine + 18months revoke all class license (he got class 2). If you think you are willing to serve time, then you must quickly settle your bike stuff cos it'll be complicated once you're out. If you want to settle the fine, then just be prepared to take public transport for at least the next 1 year. watever it is learn from it and dun freaking drown in misery. hope this helps chump. cheers.
