Anyone ever encountered this problem before?....i dun think i want to go back to the bike shop until i know whats the problem....no use all mechanic will say its normal...or something else....

Btw i also need to know...how much does the clutch plate assembly cost?..any idea?

Why don't u go back to the bike shop and let them know. From what you said here..its a bad alignment or chain too tight adjustment job.

Since you just got it from shop, check your calipers & brake pads, carburettors, chain & sprocket, coolant, brake fluids, tyres, air filter, front & rear suspensions, wheel & steering bearings, engine oil and spark plugs.
