it sounds like whistling sound when u throttle frm gear 4 on..

hmm my bike also have this sound, but to me sounds quite nice ma. haha

 

 

For me, after riding always have some burnt smell.. hmmm total ride for 100km only.. not sure whether this smell will go away after run-in period.. anyone encounter this type of burnt smell also?

my total dist travelled 200km plus le, no more burnt smell le.

 

Today i discovered that the right balancer of the bike like a bit loose, the metal part can turn and turn.. i tried to use allen key to tighten, but no effect one, still loose and turnable now.. Anyone can tell me whether it's normal?

17HP / 130KG = 0.1307

 

X8

21HP / 160KG = 0.1312

 

It seems like R15 has the same power to my current X8 which i think is pathetically slow... hahah

i tried my friends one. its not bad for a 4 stroke 150cc bike. but if you wanna compare it to SP/KRR then its like comparing apples to oranges

according to rumours, it will come with a new rear fairing, split seat and a fatter rear tire.

 

just wait till 5th jan, it should be unveiled at at delhi auto expo IF there is a new model.

Today saw 2 other R15 on the road, one on PIE towards changi, another on Bukit Batok Rd near Jurong Town Hall rd.

 

I just did my 1st servcing @500km today.

Changed E.O, spark plug and oil filter.

 

Now bike feel smoother, following the manual keep under 7500rpm between 500km-1000km. Can hit about 100km/hr at 7k rpm..

previously maintain under 5k rpm can only hit 70km/hr..
