Yup..mine's about 40km/l..sometimes goes down to 38-39km/l..coz most of the mileage traveled is with pillion..and I myself weigh close to 90kg liao..my pillion herself is close to 60kg..so yeah, I guess weigh plays an important role as well..

+ pillion still got 38, 39!? UP LAH bro!

where are those ladies on R15!?

ya lor. so bored no ladies riders. must go spot for R15 F/rider le.

hey ppl sorry to post regarding this again. previously i have posted regarding increasing in fuel consumption. i had follow the advice by lubricating my chain at bike shop, pump tyres as well as not to rev too hard and not blocking the air intake holes under the seats. however what i observed is the consumption still did not improve. after travelling for 150km i already used up 2 bars of fuel. doing the math, my tank will only allow me to travel abt 320-330km again. i wan to ask is it possible that i have been using Broquet that cause this? i know it sounds ridiculous but after using tt i found out the consumption has increased. or issit maybe i have changed my tyres to bt39 which is slightly bigger than stock tyres that caused this? can someone tell me what r probably the other reasons for this? or should i send my bike for checking etc? thx

i also using bt39 i running abt 350 - 370 km for full tank lehz. its normal. me also ard there... 150km (2 bar gone) but actually only 1 n 3/4 gone. when u place ur bike and come back ard 10 min u will see it go back to 5 bar instead of 4 bars left. cause its at the tip so the machine take the lower point. this is wat i feel. dunno if i m wrong..

Btw where you stay??

you know how to calculate the mileage? it's not full tank can go how many Km.

to do the maths, u must first pump full tank --> FULL doesn't mean above the metal thingy. just touch it will do or you will experience overflow.

Reset the odometer and carry on riding normally

Now ride till your fuel gauge blink, go back petrol station and pump full tank, this time round, see how many litres you squeeze into your tank.

xx L divided by xx Km your bike travel... = Mileage...

anyway, the above msg are for those who din know how to calculate mileage. =)

Went to Auntie Shop today to re-leather (is that what you call it?) my seat..cost me $25..there're many kinds and colors to choose from..:)

I asked about the tankbra for R15 as well, its about $150..they will actually make/sew for ya according to your choice of surface (same options as the seat surface). It can be ready in 1-2 days.. :)

Also asked the cost to wrap the whole bike with matte black..they quote me $250..while the Fiat Design costs $350..oh and they showed me pics of R15 that they have done before..haha very nice designs such as the Fiat & Redbull.. :)

how much is the stock filter?

last time my cbr150 stock only $10? can travel 10k km. so using replace is ok.

but for my r6 stock one like duno $50+ each? then i think aftermarket reuseable is more worth it. depend how u look at it i think.

o ya, i dont really understand the meter also lol. after i pump about 8l, it is 4 bars. is that corect?

huh? dun understand... just pump full and reset to see your mileage...

attached is the photo i took after 361 km of riding... i reset the odometer after pump fuel and after traveling 361km , the fuel gauge left 2 bar...

and right on that day i when to pump petrol after traveling around 389km... can squeeze around 9.3 litre. so total will be 394km / 9.3 l = 42.36559139784946
