    • YES, you racer-wannabe! Go get yourself a 600cc first!
    • NO, nothing wrong what...

well i guess his timing wont be that great then!

and also grinding exhaust, floorboard and stand at every corner!!!!

:sian:

Well.. Different pple go track for different reasons.. Some to Prove their worth or that they fast, Some for race and practise and like most of us here is just for fun.

So I beleive the Scoot is just there for fun and I think he don't give a Fook about timings as long he had his share of fun...

They may not be fast compared with big bikes But I tell you if ya follow behind them, Their Linings are Super!!! Great linings that bring u in and out of the corners smoothly!! :cheer: and they all wear full suits and gears..

So who says scoots cannot go PG??

Hi guys, I never went to track before but my balls are ACHING to smell track roads! (for you f*ckers ah, I said SMELL ah, not TASTE   )

Problem is budget lah, i don't have:

-full face

-gloves

-leather pants

-knee sliders

-spine protector (?)

I oso got a BELL riding jacket, the black genuine cowhide leather you would expect lorenzo lamas to wear (some call it a side-zip), it's as tough as hell but a little tight. Is this kind of jacket allowed? (Funny thing is, I never wore it on a bike before, FYI.)

Can I oso just wear army boots? The new gortex army boots.

Is it advisable to buy spine protectors?

is there anything else that I'm missing?

and lastly, in case, do you think it's okay for me to ride without fairing or head-cowling at all, in case the bike fall, just to save my paintwork/fairing, until i get better or more confident?

thanks a million bros!

I miss you baby:

how your balls wanna SMELL the track roads?? kekee :cheeky:

Full face and gloves is a must. Boots can wear army boots..your BELL jacket will be allowed on the track too(maybe not on sunday..weekday more relac)

spine protector is not a must but it's better if you have it.

faring is there for a purpose...without faring..kinda like road bikes eh??

IMO...accidents or sh*t happen..whether you are confident or not..there's no 100% wont fall thingy..

:goodluck:

yeah, tarmac phobia very true. I got lots of phobia already...

i had "change gear" phobia after crashing into the gravel after a missed gear change similar to throttle. Had "heavy braking" phobia after overcooking my front and flipped. Phobia to Ride in underground carpark after my rear washed out @10km/hr on a wet day. Phobia with silver nissan sunnys after nearly slamming into his rear(tasted tarmac, not metal). Phobia with Descending gradient corners after an encounter with its barrier. Last but no least, phobia with the 2 straights at pg.

But the condition of ur tire dont seems to show ur phobia leh.

i crashed 2 more times after i changed to a transport bike.

you should look at the condition of my current tyres, 1 inch wanking strips!!! got totally no confidence to ride liao...

in the past whenever its time to go somewhere, i would rub my palms in anticipation, lick my lips with glee and maybe put a bowl below my mouth to collect my drooling saliva(u get what i mean). Feel so happy going to work(the journey there of cos).

now its like: sigh, totally sian got to go work. feel like taking taxi :p ride halfway my mind would auto conjure up images of me crashing...weekends used to be aways be Me & my Bike at some eatery along nshw, now weekends would always be Me & my Taxi driver to the movies. :help:

It's really nice to hear that I don't have to buy a whole tracksuit and can wear my BELL jacket.

But I'd definitely prefer a tracksuit coz got more protection.

But I no money lah..

Transport bike dont so fierce la. Get a class 2, and give it 2 days i think u forget wat is phobia liao. Must conquer ur phobia, challenge urself. Of course also do it wisely.

How i wish i can afford to play too. With my financial status, any problem to my bike means BMW liao.
