maybe u may want to filter first, 2 stroke or 4 stroke?

now 2B bikes are really WoW! but if you want power, aprillia's rs125 is my choice.. i tried r15, very disappointed.. would rather get a spark135 with dat kind of power... no offence to those riding it..

however, if u dun really need the power, prefer fuel economy and just wan a cheap and reliable bike to get around

imo cbr150 or r150 would be sufficient. note that cbr125, and esp r125 is more ex than the 150cc version.

hehe..but i agree that rs125 is a head turner :p

baby, u're my love..

those bike which TS mention, comes with efficient fuel consumption.

price : CBR125, YZF-R125 and RS125 (2-stroke) on the high side

YZF-R150, CBR150 on a much affordable range.

Since TS need it for daily transport, you can consider CBR125/150 they still looks fine with box. Maybe R150 will do also.

bike is a machine without soul, rider would inject new life and character to this machine

TS, i would say that the R15 would be your best best for commuting.

r125 though older den r15..

2nd hands are still hard to find..

usually ppl wont spend tat much and sell off tat early.

if im nt wrong r15 is cheaper den cbr125.

r15 shld have more power. but shouldnt be much of a difference.

both excellent 4 strokes sportbikes.

down to budget comfort and preference lor.

OT: eh?!? what happen to ur bike? getting a new bike ah..o.0

just my 2c, not intended to offend anyone :p

out of the 3, r125 is a beauty, but given its price, i would still pick r15 then upgrade to the real 600cc or 1000cc monster in 2 years

1) cheaper, can upgrade without making a significant loss*

2) faster, 140-150?? vs..120?? correct me if im wrong

3) those branded performance parts on r125 are nice, but can u really maximize them on a 4t 2b bike? how about cost of replacement/repair?*

4) imo, r15 doesnt lose out in looks

*of course, if u have the money, just ignore points 1 and 3

most of all..i think that extra 25cc makes it slightly easier to reach 90-100 for cruising, less stressful on the engine.

maybe u can try viewing the bikes, sit on it and see which more comfy..lol machiam buying sofa :cheeky:

baby, u're my love..

I rode a CBR125 08 before. The FC is pretty amazing at almost 40km/L. It's something you'll never see again after leaving Cl2B.

Power-wise, it's a small engine, and the power is just... like that lor. Even the RS125 I have now is quite lacking in terms of power. Small engines will just be small engines.

Maintenance wise, it can't be beat. Even while servicing at the agent, servicing only costs about 50 bucks per pop. So much difference from a larger bike.

I don't recommend the RS125 because the maintainence is really high. The cost resembles that of a larger bike even though it's only a 125. It's rather temperamental as well, even for an Italian bike. To be frank, I don't really like it.
