thankew thankew.. anyway.. i still have the "thud" sound everytime when i change to gear 2. the problem is only with gear 1 and 2. the rest of the gears also no problem.. should be consulting my mech whether to change clutch plate and clutch lever when i change my engine oil.. 1300km more to go..

 

i got the same prob too...changed clutch plate also the same...haiz...wanna see what ur mech say.

alot of ppl say change clutch plate also no problem..

so im thinking whether to leave it anot..

becoz if i get the biting point right wont have the sound..

that's why i not used to it yet..

im scared of the thud sound.

aiya.. see how la.. still got 1300km.. that's a long way..

Bro, bike same year but I'm only good for a TCSS session. Bike technicalities, I :confused:. I'm one of those guys that loves to ride liter sportsbikes but when it comes to the technicalities, servicing or repairs, I leave those to my trusted mechanic...:cheeky:

Go shop they ask me to change ignitn and some thing i think and it cost a bomb. .Went to agent they can reset the program. But takes time and quite expnsve. Is there any other option?.... Had been a week oredi....

Are you planning to install after market pipes? If so, better to have it installed. If stock pipes, no need.

 

anyway bout the gather if my 09 come out b4 20th..can i join the gathering??

maybe try other owners key of same model R1 ?? Honda keys has got security

chip but newer R1 I dun know have or not ...
