Give ol relevant documents to new owner then ask him go EE chnge ownership, EE wil giv him some documents then ask new owner go inspection

m3ng, for the blue coloured cans, they are Coloured Titanium. Price of the can is inclusive of installation. Check out the price with EE cos I not sure bout Coloured TI pricing as mine is Satin Black. Inspection would be about 80 bux.
