The only way to open up the bike would be to cut/tear the cover open. I don't think parking attendants would be so hardcore as to tear your cover.

 

If they do, say you had put a coupon on but they probably sabo'ed you. Your word vs their word, everything becomes ambigious. Pay the fine and go after the company or attendant to pay for a new cover, and blow up the matter on the Internet, etc etc. Say you probably overran your parking coupon time, but that still doesn't give them the rights to damage private property.

Tie your bike cover up very tightly at the end into a knot.

U r taking an actual tangible object away. So you'll have to pay for it, otherwise it is considered direct theft.

 

This is parking. It is simply..... space. Something intangible.

actually why is this an issue? I thot HDB now uses RFID blue tags, they just have to scan your bike for a valid reading got pay season parking or not. If not, MSCP all start using ERP gantries liao, still need to pull canvas meh？
