shadowluva: You can do it, babe! I'm inconsistent for the plank too, but I suppose it's a matter of practice and when it comes to the assessment, a little luck. :cheeky:'

 

Anyways, I'm done with all my pracs! Waiting for TP end May! :sweat:

 

End may? Mine 6 may. i hate waiting for the tp date! Every week confirm i go for revision, scared later forget procedures/blindspots etc. :faint:

feeling quite disheartened after failing my prac 6 twice. usually i take 3 or 4 times per prac but i dont get as discouraged as this. wonder if its bc it seems so near but yet so far.

eh cdc crazy or wat...i pass ma prac3 for class 2a last 2wks..decided to wait for money and book tp dis sat..i check nw aread 29jun 2010..nabe..from 20plus may..to 8jun..nw so far...!?!?!?!??!?!?!

i took mine 4 times.. that's 1 of the hardest prac to pass IMO..

 

many things to take note off.

Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....

11 weeks... now the rough waiting time for TP is around there..

 

i waited 10weeks for my TP.. and i'm still waiting... :dot:

i noe how disheartening it is everytime you go but fail these and that. especially when you all dont have much experience w bike.

 

even me when i go on my 2A, i also feel dishearten at points of times..

 

but always tell yourself. if de guys can do it, you can do it too! :thumb:

 

and i was like "YES! TY!" when i pass my lesson 3 assessment :shy:

Went for pract 5 the first time a few days ago. 14points + 1 immediate failure. Dropped off plank. zzz. Oh, and flunked my IE also. Double shot sia. haha.

 

when is ur next I.E? will be quite a long wait for ur RTT... hang in there !

Shadowluva, hurry pass your ie. I passed mine on 5th/6th (can't remember) April and the earliest rtt back then was 30th April. So the waiting time is about a month. My circuit revision is tomorrow morning. :D

sigh. I'm rather troubled. There are many people around me asking me to give up bike because dangerous etc. Prob is these people are my loved ones like family and relatives whom I don't wanna cause worry for. How? I already hide my helmet at home so they won't be reminded that I'm riding. Do you guys face this problem too?

i get that all the time too.. esp when all the rest of my family are 4 wheels.. but they respect me enough to nt object, but nagging is bad, totally understand that. just have to ride safer for them and for urself. i think its just double standard pple practise.. my friend will drive his mercs at 110km/hr and nt signal when he change lanes, and when i say its dangerous, he will say its ok, he has experience. so, as bikers, we just hav to live with knowing there is a diff with 2 wheels and 4, and assure the pple we care abt that we are safe riders.. cheers.

i started out as a pillion, and my bro gift me a helmet(he was a rider anyway). parents noe my ex bf was a rider so ok w my helmet. den i moved on to taking up license, buy bike. and them still assuming im a pillion. until one day i broke de news to them i already gotten my license and planning to get a bike.

 

had a big hoo-ha w my dad. cold war for de whole of CNY period. after i got my bike, i dint let them know. not on purpose, but they din't ask so i din't say(if they ask i'll jus admit). until slowly my dad came to realize i'm riding w all de summon send to home. so i jus admit. he start his nagging. on me getting my car license.

 

hence, to decrease one nagging from him, i took my car license. but im so wrong lor! he cont add de nagging, save money go buy a car, mai ride!

but i talk to him, on a more realistic way. its difficult to own a car w my pathetic pay. and he understand & accept it. so till now, from de occasional nagging drop to fortnight. LOL. good enough la, afterall nagging is part of parent's instinct.

 

good luck in persuading them! :thumb: show them you are a safe rider(not only yourself, but also know how to avoid those 'reckless' driver/rider also). they will slowly accept it one.

It's today and I fell very badly at the ebrake. My right foot damn bloody. :( got a Malay instructor bring first aid out to clean and cover my wound. I went cgh a&e clinic to see doctor. The instructor told me can claim insurance, is that true? Anyone claim before can tell me the procedure? Thank you. :)
