I just don't get it. I got a FREE Hyper Racing raincoat when i bought my bike. And i NEVER had problems about water soaking inside. Been using it for about a year too.

Are you wearing your raincoat wrongly? I'm puzzled.

I believe its not a matter of that. Its sometimes wear and tear. The more you wear the raincoat, the shorter time it will last.

For instance, I can claim i have a raincoat that last for a year but what if someone else(like a despatch rider) use it? It won't last a year probably..

It also depends on how u take care of it. If you're rough to the raincoat, throwing it around and rubbing here and there, the "wax" on the raincoat will somehow become thin and finally water can seep through.

Present : Wave S

Then again, i do take care of my raincoat.

Everytime wipe it dry. Then fold nicely and keep inside the bag, put into the box. Use if everytime rain.

Any other alternatives?

if u still wanna keep your new rainpants...maybe u can consider the RS taichi waterproof spray..available @ mw cost about less than $20..u can also spray on your jacket if u feel that water might also slip in...contact them for more info..just my 2 cents..:)

I've been using the TS Taichi raincoat and it works for me very well. After 2+ years of using, the pants starts to leak. I found out that they do sell the rain paints only so I bought that one. Although costly, because its the DryMaster 2.5, its worth the price. Compact and keeps me dry.

Anyway I saw that they also have the overalls by Spidi.

Hi all, I'm looking for rain pants. I bought a full suit (the $65 set from Ah Boy) but lost the pants... It's a long story.

Anyway, now I need rain pants cos my bottom half has been getting soaked each time it rains, and it's not a good look to have.

Does anyone have a new pair of raincoat pants they want to sell?

Or alternatively, do you want to just buy a raincoat top? We can go buy together, you take the coat and I take the pants. If you're interested, please PM me! Or for faster deal, SMS me.

My number is nine two three nine seven eight eight eight. Thanks!

He did let me try too,it seems ok to me when standing up.

But when you sit on your bike, especially a scrambler it's a different story.

I overlook that part.
