tamp mall, 1st time i went, i asked if got position for floor staff. no haff.

after i got my license, i asked, here got rider? the girl bo layan, then my friend asked again, the girl say go downtown east, here no rider.

 

downtown, first time i went, floor staff no vacancy.

then second time asked again, dey still dont need part time staff, and when i asked what about riders, the girl look at me as if i'm joking like that.

they have uh, but i dunno if use company bike or own bike.

 

maybe i'm a girl uh, thats why the girl tak layan. who knows, with you different case. hahahahhh

if thats the case, tu da memang that girl very bias uh. hahahhahaha

 

oh. actually i intend to get tzm. but then i still havent get full time job so i'll just scrape that idea first uh. so for now, i dont know what bike i wanna get also. haha havent really surveyed ...

I used to be working as McDelivery too and I do know some guys there having another bike such as a Hayabusa and Blackbird and their kup chais are just for the job, hahaha.

 

Why not you try Mak Courier; my previous employer for McDelivery. The McDonalds they are contracted to are only Serene Center and Forum though.

Better not. They can promise you the heavens when you invest but how far can you make it? If everyone can succeed, everybody would have already quit their day job and join this MLM crap full-time. The only people who are benefiting are your uplines, not you. Also, when you get caught up in this sort of business, everyone to you appears as a potential prospect for making money; your friends and family especially. You will no longer have good friends that you can trust and people shun upon you due to the social stigma MLM companies brings.

 

In short; if it's too good to be true than most probably it is.

another friend also pestered me to join his company to increase his probability of him being promoted to "managerial" level. at one point of time he told me he was earning 5k. i dont know how true though ...

 

but one thing i noticed about people doing MLM is that they have better communication skills. even if they are those introver + stuttering type, when they got into this line, suddenly i feel like i'm talking to a different person. hehhs

It's true that they would have better communication skills due to classes held for them but it doesn't mean they are more of an ethical person either. I got a friend that used to work at a MLM company and he was gloating on how much he earned, I asked him for proof by showing me his bank book and to get back to me after he earn his car benefit. He never got back to me and last I heard he's doing other part-time jobs now.

 

Yeah no longer working in McDelivery, let's just say that their staff welfare isn't the best out there. After thinking through, it's not worth it for me personally. From the start I told myself that McDelivery is just going to be a PT job till I get another PT job; haha. Which I did at Night Safari as an animal show presenter.
