our emission laws are not as tight as europe. if the new 2 strokers can be sold in europe, it will definitely make it to singapore as long as the middle men bring them in!

when u try a 4 stroke you'll somehow miss the power of ur 2 stroke.

But When you ride a 2-stroke you will always miss the smoothness of a 4- stroke(less Vibration) hehehe:angel:

i could do without the smoke and the lousy fuel consumption

but the 2t smell is something that i would definitely miss

boring rider. with a boring bike.

The technology mentioned doesnt use 2t oil, so there's no smoke for one.

IF these machines starts winning podiums i think alot of people will start looking at it.

To be frank, would you really prefer a 2 stroke bike to a 4 stroke?

I used to think i like 2 strokers, with the 2T smoke, the lightness of the bike typically associated with 2 strokers, the powerband when it finally got going.

But now, I prefer the easy nature of 4 strokes, the gradual torque/power. No need to rev and get into that typically small range of powerband.

Maybe that's where the magic of 2 strokes. The fulfillment we get when we got into that range. Yahoo!!!

But I am too lazy for that now. A sign of ageing maybe... :)

i rode a 2 stroke, lost it, bought a four stroke

time to upgrade, and what do i get, another 2 stroke

so i guess yes i prefer 2 strokes to 4 strokes

tried a super 4, found that even though it was a good bike, after a while it got a little too tame and boring. anyway it was overpriced.

ideally would like to keep a four stroke and a 2 stroke... 2 stroke for fun, 4 stroke for reliability

plus because of the power delivery, i can go for a smaller cc bike

which translates into savings for road tax, insurance

and also i dont have a class 2 license yet

and anyway i just like the sound of a large 2 stroke la :p

as long as no smoke, no splattering of 2t.. i am fine with 2t bikes so far. i actually want to ride a 2 stroke bike.. but age of the bike stops me. what i hate is when lane split then follow behind those 2 stroke bikes.. its a torture.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

from what i recall the rxz is still in production

not sure if the rs125 is still in production, but it should be pretty new

its not too late to get a 2 stroke :)

and better to have the smoke behind you (from your own bike) than in front of you :p

i dont like the smoke and splattering, i believe other pple dun like it as well. so, rather not buy it. furthermore, the bike is very old already..
