This is inevitable...things that move and works never stay the same.

Try the following..

1) air filter is as clean as be

2) Cleaner that mixes with fuel (Valve and jet nozzle Cleaner)

3) Eo..try my blend if you like..instant chnage felt!

4) Improve your CCA for spark plug.

5) Grounding (a MUST HAVE but must be done right)

Wanna ask. A lot of pple say they have done grounding. Can i ask what does ground do and how it helps? Cos if it's good, then i think i'll have to go do mine too..

It's good provided if it's done right. Basically, it helps in maximizing your battery CCA (Cold Cranking Current best describe as the energy of the battery that provides the electrical load provider)to the spark plug. You want even better..get EPS Charge booster for higher CCA.

found it..

http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=112145&highlight=grounding&page=7

its a 5point grounding..

where n which is the 6th point?

Way back, someone started the term "points" here when grounding for bikes were mentioned I think. In truth, "points" especially "5 points" are referred to to cars grounding and wires use are 6 gauge not 8.

For bikes, 8 gauge wiring cable is enough and there is no such things reference to as "points"..IMHO. Its circuitry pattern..and its what call "Delta Star Looping". I have seen works done by some mototiam and 'calculating' it, its what I call "Delta Star" without the loop much like the way its done in car. Yes, there are explanation to this but am not doing it here as there are business going on here in this field that would caused arguement about the "method" and way its done.

Most works done I have seen oso never have the various earth tapping point terminated correctly or wrong material used. Those that have their grounding done by me understand but again, I cannot say it here to avoid argument. Overall and generally, it does have an improvement effect but the question is, is the grounding up to its full potential? Regard is as a "half a loaf better than non stingy if you want.

So before you go spend $s that you find cheap..you have to asked the mototiam people to explain to you why its done that way and "how come" (hardest to answer..LOL!).

In short...no 6 points. If you count points..mine is anytime 8 points to 16 points and not every bike is the same..as it's subjected to the make and condition.

Remember you?..of course lah:cheeky: Good that what I do works for you. The two unit of EPS has been taken already but its ok..can get if you want but just don't get it oiutside yourself as it cost so much more $s.

Oh yes, the grounding you had...yah, its wrongly done. Will make corrective measure with extra wiring to it and add in the termination block.

Wah..CB1000r headlite arh!?..you wanna be extra brite or xtra Garang..LOL!

Guys today when i was riding, i find that when i about the make a turn and shift my body weight a bit. I find that the handle bar will like turn by itself. i mean of cuz that's normal, but then it is like it's heavier then usual. Shouldn't the handle be normally light as it when during turning, i have to use slightly more strength to keep the handle bar from turning too much.

Another thing is when i change to higher gear, the gear changing sound is a little loud though i wearing FF. Cos i juz bought the bike and haven changed EO.. Does EO have an effect for smoother gear change?

Or is it maybe i ride my x1 too much le.. hmm..

Assuming your cone bearings are ok...try tightening them a little more...helped in my case.

Yup new and good EO does help in gear changes.

Btw where to tighten the steering cone?? Maybe i really need to tighten.. Cos today when i'm making a sharp right turn, need to use a fair amount of strength to pull back the bike. No a good sign during U-turn.
