Ah Pek...wats the size for PB1 front disk brakes? Got any ideas? Thanks and cheers....

 

Not sure if I'm right but I think its thickness : 4.5mm and diameter is 14mm. For sure Vtec rotor disk will not fit non-Vtec.

thanks ah pek... i will slowly find out all those internal prob but how much roughly 4 a good stock end can?

Thx Ah Pek for the EO change + X1-R last nite. Bike feels fantastic!! I neva whack till red line but easily reach 9 or 10k rpm. Kudos to you!:bow:

 

I will post an update on how is my FC.. for this tank and next before I add the valve cleaner! Huat Ah!!

hi william , thanks for the x1r and EO! bike feels really good right now. regarding the coolent leakage and irritating brake sounds the bike shop already rectify , elminating the previous brake noises , a new "gra gra gra" sound surface. strongly suspect is spocket and chain , like it's stuck and still grinding.....how much does ah fook charge for a decent set? can i go down today?

stock exhaust baffle cannot take out right?

I didn't know that bro newbie ah haha

I thought while taking out the screw to lubricate it I might have screwed up the exhaust. But now you say stock baffle cannot remove, I not sure what my problem is. I doubt taking out one screw to spray WD40 will screw up my exhaust >_>

I think gonna change to Ahpek's EO see how after that

The one I was referring to was taken by Bam_Bino today liao but he bought it because he need it for inspection purpose only..be swopping back to his Yoshi after that. Check with him if he want to sell it. Its a very nice and new piece and very quiet.

hey ah pek... after all ur treatment and test ride the bike juz nw,damn FANTASTIC bro!!! POWER TO THE MAX!!! the response of the engine when i open throttle was AMAZING!! wen i rode the bike could easily hit redline frm juz 1st gear... but wen the bike died abruptly juz nw,haiz u testing me aiyoh.... i forget to turn the fuel to ON... lolz... but the most important thing is that the bike is rideable again... not juz ridable, but 1000x better tahn i 1st bought it... really appreciate everything u've done for me bro.... may u be blessed always... it is costly,however for the performance to be THIS good,IT'S WORTH EVERY CENT!! 1mm in thickness is really not much but wheather in makes a difference as far as performance feature wise..am not sure myself.

 

As for 14mm diameter wise..that one is important..better use a tape ruler and do a physical measurement.

 

Not sure what you are doing but just remember that the spacing and size of the disk rotor nmounting holes are the MOST IMPORTANT and of course..the metal material. Those flower disk type may be nice, fancy and unique but the cheap ones can get you into trouble one day.

Wah Brandon...problem after problem like that but overall, your bike look damn new and solid leh. Could be that the chain is just too tight especially when you have extra load on it. Anyway..no harm just asking Ah Fook to check for you and if you wanna chain a few set (Chain and Socket)...its at $210 for a DID X-ring and OEM front/back sprocket.
