hi ah pek i notice sometimes after riding for a while and park my bike, off engine can hear my radiator fan was running (can hear it blow down and stop spinning). Was it bcos of high temp? my temp LED indicator didnt light up at all leh and my coolent reserve still full (using ur Merc coolent formula) pls advise! ty ya

Yes, that's what the radiator extractor fan is for..helping in cooling when a certain high tempreture is reached.

Some onwers has the radiator fan switch changed and some intentional for it to have the fan cut on at an earlier stage like 95 celsius instead of 102.

Your question is not specific :sian:..."where" as to where its located or where to get? If its the first one..its on your left side of the radiator with a wire with connector sticking out of the back of the side of the radiator.

sorri for not being clear... i mean where to buy it?

the one currently on my radiator is marked "100-ON", so i assume it runs the fan at 100degrees Celsius?

Cutting on at 100C (water boiling point) is still too early. Best operating temperature is 93C to 98C. Anyway..no idea..may be you can check with fx110 here..his is may be around 85C or slightly more.

But have you had your H4 and connector problem fix yet?..if not, can do it but let me know a day ahead.

The hardness is hard to find. I got myself a secondhand one..for new must order..about $280+ to $350+. Workmanship is expensive...need at least around a day to do. I did mine liao. You can find a cheap secondhand one..can do for you if you want.

did not solve the H4 connector problem. Just cut off.:cheeky:

called FJT, they said they dont bring in at all:dozed:

still thinking of buying some hi-temp wire and start re-wiring man....

$300+ if its the whole hardness he is talking about. If its wiring, make sure its a new one and asked him to show you first before doing and be sure you are there when in progress. Did u read my other post related to your earlier post on this matter?..that's, have you get 2nd or 3rd opinion from other well know mototiam?

Btw..when did you last change battery and does yur bike has my grounding done?

I went to one other bike shop he also say must see the problem, must leave the bike over at the shop. So I think I just leave over at Ah fook today. Let him check.

I'll let him know dont change anything if need to. Change when I'm around.

Thanks for the help Ahpek, will keep you updated.

My battery I got it with the bike, that time you check the voltage still ok,

no have not done your grounding.

For those of you who are here so 'excited' about the "Nology" spark plug being the best plug in the world, have to tell you guys I'm disappointed to a certain extend. Good and perform well for smoothness but does not last as long in mileage usage as claim.

I guess its not that suitable for high rev engine. Silver is just too soft. Though credit must be given for its low resistance as a material. Can't agreed that its "the world best spark plug" unless it last as long as iridiumn or platinum..the standard one seem to last longer with just as much satisfying performance..in short, not worth the cost paid for.

Above said...all IMHO. The other similar make brand to this is "Brisk".

So before you pend that $$$s..better think of what you want for a plug...reliability or ....?

There should be no problem doing this but why would you wanna change the current brake lightings...unless the bulbs are blown?:sian:

I read online that leds are more power efficient, more brighter and lasts longer.

Thats why i just ask whether its possible. I wont be changing, just asking for knowledge.

OIC..Of corse you can have it change to LED type but what I meant in my post was, "if it ain't broken, don't...". Oh yes, LEDs are better as you have hear say.

ah pek, i think i need to change eo soon. Can't remember at all when did you last help me change my EO. What's the blend that you use now? EO + X1R or the nano?

Guys, i'm also intending to change my chain. May i know what's the difference in X ring and O rings?

Guys, i'm also intending to change my chain. May i know what's the difference in X ring and O rings?

The current eo is direct from eo blending supplier where all brands gets theirs from before branding and where service station for mass maintainence base gets from oso..same quality grade and blended with two other agents specifically for our aging machine. Its fully Sync with ester. If you use Nano..still and better to have X-1R to prevent further wear and tear to the Nano coating. Eo change interval with Nano used will be at least 20K and above. Divided that with the cost of the best brabd you can find having to change at every 3K or 5K..you same helluvah lot. The key benifits is great protection from wear and tear, smoothess and increase torque all way up redline..what else can u ever asked for

I got a set of X-ring chain and Sproket set less than 3 weeks old going for $160 (usual $200-$210). Interested, pm me.:sian:
