As long you have enough money to bail you out anytime, that should be sufficient. For example I just spent $300+ to replace a missing belly fairing and broken foot rest bracket just because I ran into something on NSHW. You never know when you need to spent money on the unforeseen.

Belly fairing went missing....wow...

It could be worst. My bike was wobbling and I was basically clinching on to the bike, hoping I will not go down. Surprising no scratch to my fairing . But my leg hurts for a week.

Your bro must be very young. Age and experience plays a big part in the insurance premium. I too thought of adding my brother (10yrs younger) as sub rider but his extra premium turn us off.

A sport bike usually have a short lifespan before a new facelift model is released. Imagine all the R&D cost, QC and manufacturing for the new parts every few years. Plus all the latest techonolgy etc... All this makes a sport bike more expensive than a Busa. The gen 1 busa lasted 9 yrs, making it a manufacturing "friendly" bike to make. Last time a new gen 1 busa cost around $22~23k otr. Maybe just slightly cheaper or on par with the CBR.

Do you know what is the cause to your wobbling ? :p

Haha, I only know impact with big road debris cause the wobbling. Plus my right foot rest bracket also broken. Basically my right foot was hanging in the air, no footing at all. But the wobbling only last a while but it felt like eternalty

For added info the last few pieces of the Gen1 busas were sold at below $20 otr, due to the launch of the Gen2. Talking about 2nd hand busas.....be very careful on choosing one cos I dont remember seeing 1 at most shops that are accident-free. Most of the time I will notice it with broken parts here and there, and then the week after its all done-up and ready to be sold for a new buyer.

Anyone consider buying a pre-repair accident bike? My friend did it this way. Go bike shop saw this accident bike, happen to know the rider "thinking" of selling cause abit sian liao. Talk to seller to know what kind of accident. Best part is can access the damage upfront. Talk to bike shop mechanic and estimated the repair cost. Haggle for a good price with the seller cause he already sian liao. Deal at a very good price. Repair the bike and rode with no problem.

Hi snake_sin bro, I didn't know Ah Heng now got a new place.

He is so successfully, he is in high demands and in the level of making very good money.

Ever since I got my this auto car, I never go see him anymore, maybe some in the near future but I would like to pay him a visit.

Can you PM me his new address includes postal codes ? Thanks inadvance.

My rides is fine, now trying to import a set of weird rims specs from the States, 8.75 x 18incles +20.

Is so freaking hard to get the specs I wanted. Currently running on spacers.

Now only left rims and one last fine tuning and I am all done.

You come out kopi next time don't forget to jio me. :p

If you're riding a bike but not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then you're dangerous and shouldnt be on one.
