A better solution. Add Mr Nok97 as your sub-rider. He will warm up your bike nice nice throughout this 1.5 years.

You can also rest assure that your Falcon will be in the good hands of Mr Nok97 - one the few Falcon Grand Masters.

for my case, sudden loss of power at a certain rpm. it also feels jerky when pick up. at high rpm feels like the bike has no soul to it.

wish i had know the car fuel pump alternative.

Guys, I'm thinking of switching to aftermarket rearset. Did some research, Vortex seems to have the best value for money. However being a "prudent" guy :cheeky:, I don't feel like spending too much. Hence I'm thinking of giving the China made a try.

Any recommendation?

Check the injectors filters and others before deciding on changing the fuel pump, it could be other issue that cause the jerking......

I am no senior,as i still have lots to learn from the gurus around here.Just to share my thoughts, either you are wasting money by following false advice, when till date your problem had not been solved.

Or other problems start to surface one by one due to wear and tear.

Not necessarily need to change the whole fuel pump.Must know the exact problem,to save costs.

If convert to car,yes cheaper as stated by you,but if faulty it will be more complicated to troubleshoot and trace the fault comparedto stock.Car fuel pump first hand or second hand?

What's the fuel pressure rating for that car fuel pump, make and model? Is it plug and play and is your fuel pump located outside of the fuel tank or inside?

Arrange with me lah,i shall recommend you to see my Chief mechanic if you want to that is.:)

I always believe some parts are better to use back stock, lesser or no headaches, saves time,$$ and effort.

Thats why many till date still post STOCK IS THE BEST:cool:

My personal preference that Vortex is the cheapest for a decent make. But the design is ugly.:(

I had past experience, using local made gilles look alike rearset, with every parts in stock in case of crash. It sucks.

o_O

Any link for the rearset made in China? If i am not wrong, there are locally made which look similar to those you mentioned.

I like Accossato and Sato rearset.Rizoma looks fine to me too.Too many brands.

Rearset is very important,it controls your rear brakes, riding position and engaging of gears.

If any parts of the rearset dropped due to vibration or fitment issues.Good luck.Cant even push start i guess.

Tested and proven:cry:

So far bike shop told me plug coil, then jawa told me Tps. Change both then for some time ok. But slowly slowly the problem start coming back. Seems like no way to pin point the problem ?

Ya, I want something that will hold up during crash and will not loosen easily. There are a few China and Thai made in ebay. But I prefer personal experience from fellow user then it will make the decision easier. My current stock foot peg need to replace some parts. I need to change both rubber grip. And one of the peg holding the rubber. Total up already almost $80. Might as well top up the money for a aftermarket rearset. I've replaced one side foot peg main bracket at around $100. Stock parts not cheap and so easy to break.

Lucky never ask you to change bike.....

It takes time to pinpoint, try going back to one mechanic for servicing and trouble shooting

Pretty obvious he doesnt know the exact problem,an experience mechanic will most likely able to tell the problem straight.

Change this, change that must well change the whole bike:P

Plug coil and TPS have no link at all with each other.
