Any bros here install a aftermarket coolant temperature meter(ie koso).

 

Wondering where to install the sensor....thermostat housing or inline hose.

 

FYI mine's a gen 1. Anyone?

 

Not for me, as i personally feel analogue as a rough gauge for me is sufficient. Provided you take good care of your cooling system and monitor their mileage for wear and tear as a rough estimation for replacements.

Wah..thot of buying a fairing frm ebay too..some idiot hit my bike n nw my head fairing break..any idea local shop does aftermarket fairings?

Bro, just repair your existing fairing. Will be cheaper this way. I also got a few broken tab and 1 long crack on my fairing but I just hack care it as it does not affect anything. I also got think of buying a new original fairing to replace but even if I buy a new one, I will still carry on use the broken one as anything else happen again, I will not be so heartache. So might as well buy when yours is totally unrepairable or unusable.

Yeap, I've already got a broken tab on my right fairing. Since its not affecting anything, I'll just ignore it. Lol...

Hi all, I am a newbie here. I just bought a new black from bike prod. Always wanted to own this beautiful machine. Hope to learn more about this bike from the bros here. Now itching to change the colour or get some airbrush work done. :)

Local very hard to find. Better go hayabusa.org find used one. I got a used one from a private seller at usd100 include shipping. No regret! It is plug and play but need to remove 1 cable from a cable tie to prevent cable pulling.

 

However take note, if you are using radial brake pump like Brembo, you will need to grind the helibar slightly to accomodate the pump.

 

New one selling at EBay for around usd180 shipped.
