Hahahaha, watch out for evil uncles behind trees holding video cameras! (NEA!).

Lets inspect your work tomorrow and yes Motoworld sells bar end mirrors... however I think they only have the "balancer" type. We can make that place a last stop tomorrow, as usual.

Haha alright~

Only started getting parts and such. Have not yet done anything to the bike xD

Gotten the alien headlight and digital meter from ah boy (yea, couldnt resist the temptation, and it's smaller so it is essential if I converting to streetfighter.)

Brought to ah chong .. he says too chim =X it's the somewhat replica of rx1n de (if you ever see it at the display at ah boy)

There is this place a KakiBukit that does installation but charges $90 =X anyone dares to DIY ? Bwahaha.

Thought of using Koso mirror with LED signal, not sure if it's legal, in the sense that the mirror will be the signal light as well, no more additional attachment.

But well, bottleneck still lies on the sportbike framework .. not place to put mirror.

Got to source of those kind of handlebar clamp that extends a mirror thread socket.

Or maybe some other ways .. like .. using Mountain bike's clamp on mirrors xD

Adventure.

Signal mirrors - hi end cars (Benz, BMW) have signal mirrors and they definitely are legal lol. I think it won't be a problem so long as the signals are visible (perhaps MORE visible than the standard fork or lower fairing mounts).

We can also take comfort in the fact that retailers like Motoworld aren't allowed to sell illegal items and signal mirrors are part of the inventory. LTA guidelines also don't mention signal mirrors as outlawed, infact, I find the guidelines very outdated but are still used as reference.

End of the day we aren't doing anything funny that would upset the handling and safety of the bike, anyway, and Phantom Knights have a lot of hi end extreme customisations that do pass inspection somehow :)

Clip on mirrors - I would think Ah Boy has these random parts, or else mountain bike or buy from JB.

That's alot of underground modification xD

Streetfighter bike project halt again. Realised not much spae for me to mirrors LOL!

you guys know if motoworld or any shop that sells bar end mirrors ? Those clamp type, not those that insets like a balancer end.

Tomorrow is the day where I gotta "peeehpeeeHHPEEEHHHH!" out of the carpark in the early morning. Feel so guilty =_=

Why must high-rev out of carpark? Lol. Anyway I found a shop in Ang Mo Kio there that specialises in Led projects for automobiles. I saw a transformers metal logo with led embedded I think. Quite cool. Mayb u can install haha.

@xindes nice having you in the group :D

Today was a very efficient trip across northern Singapore, providing battle fleet escort to many Malaysian commuters along Admiralty Rd.

Not everyday you get to "officially" open new roads, cutting travel time from Seletar to Punggol in half :D

We met an awesome Steed rider (and wife) at the end point outside Anchorvale Macdonalds too :D

nice ride guys . morning ride is good as usual, just battery flat after that~

cool to see new rides every week !

Lol! Maybe its time to change batteries for your "chopper" bike. Lol. Perhaps it cant hold the charge anymore.

Yup...loved the cool morning ride. This week was even better since we didn't fight to cut through jams or be busy trying not to bang into heavy vehicles or the numerous kups zooming past my kips and yet still trying to keep other in sight. Today was awesome. It was surreal to see first light breaking at Yishun dam over the cool lapping waters. The pace was just nice to take in the beautiful scenery of nature after the dam as well. We even got to ride on unopened paths where we had to make our own way. Simply awesome.

Thanks Boon Kiat and @eddy for co-leading part 1 of yesterday's ride - and @xindes + @2wheels for guest starring lol.

Part 1 of the video:

haha... i like the part when we were being invaded and sliced left right centre by all the kupkias... we looked so lost and helpless.. ;)

LOL it was fun road drama. I used the Ducato van (yes that's really the van's name) as a battering ram to clear the last bit. Until the driver got confused about the lane markings lol.

You had a Super Four tailing you as though he wanted to join the convoy.

Upload of these HD videos is quite hellish, the first part you saw had been uploading since dinner time yesterday, and Episode 2: The Forbidden Highway starring the recon detachment is due out in a couple of hours.

I also bought ourselves a domain name via a US web host and will be putting up the website together plus pillow displays the rest of today :D

EDIT and here it is, the new website

http://blackswansg.org

Episode 2. Contains some 'live action' from the recon team. Lol.

personally I thought episode 2 was by far the coolest, clearly showing the whole convoy strength in movement at first light, travelling in formation and having the highway all by ourselves. And not to mention the part where the recon team cleared up the new route for the main group to move ahead!! :D
