BIke lost at clarke quay yesterday .

If anyone saw my bike please contact me at 83239603 . PLate number FBE 3238L yamaha r15 . Suspect been towed if not stolen . As last 2 days they towed my bike once as i never pay installment . And i paid last 2 days then ride back home . Yesterday park at clarke quay and lost at around 2am plus . Asked the security they say they saw a guy drive a lorry take my bike and tie with the lorry and go . Called the police and reported they say my bike has been re-possesed and the date of REPO is yesterday asked me check with bike shop they cannot do anything because re-po . But i don't know is stolen or towed back . If anyone saw my bike please contact me . Or if anyone have albert motor staff number please give me thx .

bro dont worry. you are not the only one to get this towing treatment. my uncle bought his super4 vtecIII from albert and so far they have towed his bike around 4 times in 2 years because of late payment. and he was only late to pay installment by 2 days. never even give chance when my uncle called them and also it was also not that he got no money. it was because of his pay got delayed.

They pay people on cubs to go around looking for bikes, the cubs then in turn notify the tow truck and padlock the sprocket first until it arrives...

this is common esp when it concerns late payment. Its a bike, not a library book. Even teeny-weeny things like not paying for private gym fees will incur a late-payment penalty but in your case, the best punitive way is to repo your bike to further pressure you. Sorry to be blatant but its facts.

Had my due share of experience with them so I am never ever going to go back there again. Repo of your vehicle, you have to pay the so call "parking fees". Plus the late payment fees for all your overdue payments, haha good luck.

When you pay your last installment or early settlement, you will wonder why there is a couple of hundreds extra to pay.

I **** THEM LIKE HELL . . . nb ! they only apologies and agreed to sent it back to me for FOC . What the **** ... make me yesterday cannot work because no bike and make me gan chiong . CCB ! Btw thank you all BROS for advice and comments .

glad everything is settled for you. lol so now you know, they have multiple towing companies working for them. Did you ask for compensation or anything? I mean since now you know where your bike is, if i were you i will ask for compensation for my loss of use for the days that the bike was gone.

for most of the shops, if you owe them outstanding 2 months of payment, they will send you a letter stating the intention of repossesion of your vehicle.

On the stated date in the letter if you do not clear the outstanding balance they have the right to tow your bike.

They should really do something about their admin.
