guys.. help me.. i kena cheated.. i brought an nsr150 sp.. they say renewed coe.. and i brought it at 3.5K.. FR plate.. i just found out that my COE not renewed.. ends at 2011.. WTF? i was shock.. anyone can help me? i feel like throwing back the bike to them and fuk care.. cb.. totally damn angry...

i think i am quite stupid also.. i just listen to them.. then i brought it.. i dont know got any black and white.. and who would be that stupid to buy left 1 year old bike for 3.5K!!!!

No you cannot, unless you are rich and have powerful lawyers. You got sign anything?

Talk to them. Bring an older rider to talk with them. If cannot, really suck thumb.

can i de-register the bike and scrap it then slowly pay the bike shop in installment? or should i sell back to shop then pay for the remaining once and for all?

i think they will wait for the bike coe to die then they renew. if you look closely at coe bikes, normally is 10 yr then renew 10yr etc. since yr bike coe still have balance it would be foolish of them to renew now since the bike will then be 19 yrs old you know what i mean? also are you on instalments? no one pays instalments after bike coe due

TS, go and get more facts first. MAYBE there is a misunderstanding? No black and white. You are not even sure whether its renewal now? or renewal when the bike coe expired.

 

1. Go back to the work shop.

2. Bring someone along. DONT GO ALONE

3. Approached the salesman who TOLD you about the COE renewal if you purchase the bike at the stated price.

4. Dont throw temper. Dont make a scene first.

5. Be calm and firm. Your objective is to find out whats going on EXACTLY.

hey bro there i pity u if u really got conned for dat. heng motor really's a money sucker. i bought my sp 7 years left at 2.6k. but installment up til 3.9k yet engine got problem and i overhauled it myself outside . add up i bought a sp at 5k plus !!
