Success bro... But fixing up i only struggle with the push rod... Freaking hard to align seh. :slapforehead: took me almost 45min to align the push rod. I did ask for my dad help just to align the housing and the push rod. Other then tat no problem. Friction plate also badly damage.

Haha. Thanx for the ups. Im very confident with my work only tt my brake pad im not satisfy... Not even wear. So any recommendation on the pad???

got 2 thing to ask guys..

i was topping up petrol last night halfway then drops of water fall from the kiosk ceiling then happen to drop near my tank cap area

if water drop into the fuel tank got any consequences?

 

my bike is brand new and when i brake recently it start to have some screeching sound.. what might went wrong?

2002-2004 ==> CBR 150R

2004-2008 ==> S4 Ver S

2008-2010 ==> S4 Vtec 3

2010-2012 ==> GSXR 1000 k9

i guess u park open space... is it.. is the screeching sound gone after riding for a while..??

not really.. whenever i try to brake to stop it will screech.. i park at multi story carpark..

If brake got sound maybe the brake dirty...

 

i just went to service few wks ago.. the mech remove my brake pad n clean/wash it.. but now still the same screeching sound.. not very loud though.. but still can hear it..

ooo... it might be ur brake pads aee wearing out.. but if it still good.. coz it happen to me few months back.. what i did, take out the brake pads, rub it on a rough flat surface, not so hard just a lil pressure woll do.. and the screeching sound is gone..

if im not wrong, original brake pad at the back got metal plate... do the mech put it back or just install the new pad without putting back the the metal plate???
