Kazky, the address is below. They accept NETS, normally you can just walk in and service your bikes but just play safe, give them a call first just in case they got a lot of bikes to service. They are very easy going and friendly peoples.

Maintenance can go > $1k from what I've heard from some owners. But seriously, I just can't understand how maintenance can cost so much clicking here

Another negatiive thing I've heard is the shaft drive that'll cause the bike to sway to one side during high rpm. This is because of the internal rotating mass of the shaft which is absent on chain driven bikes.

Overall, I've seldom heard positive comments on BMW bikes. I liked it quite a lot initially (R1150R) and considered it as a first bike. But I think it's way overpriced for the performance you get.

I am looking for led lights for BMW. can you provide that?

That's a vey shallow comment to make, assuming immediately without a reasonable doubt that indeed firstly it was stolen, secondly by a fellow BMW rider.

It's ridiculous to even think a BMW owner would spend tens of thousands of dollars to steal that portion of your bike.

Don't think this was stolen. It could be the case of loose screws, a mate of mine had his main stand sheer off after a bumpy off road ride. Another had his engine mounting screw loosen, I lost my windscreen mounting screws less than100km. Due to strong vibration would encouraged Beemer owners to do your own check. I would ask the techs to re torque all the critical mounting screws when I sent in for servicing.
