Bought spare handle grips from PML spare part counter and then the service guy told me that they will not install it for me.

Bloody PML, sold me something that you won't fix!?

 

Had to fix it myself and realized that I couldn't get the freaking Torx T55 driver from normal hardware shop to dissemble the bar end weight...

Had to order from RS component online and waited half a month for it to arrive.

 

The replacement only took me 45mins, but I spent a lot of times searching for the damn Torx driver...

PML sux...

And the touring side panniers plus brackets will cost me another $1800+.

Anyone know where can I get original BMW parts other than PML in Singapore?

Saw some nice big bikes at BMW Welt (outside BMW museum, free entry), just wish that Singaporeans will have more interest in bikes similar to like in Munich/Germany (or other European countries).

I've a used once only zumo 590 for sale. its a model after the 660, with bigger screen. accidentally slipped and dropped once on the road while taking it off to store in box so theres some chips but nevertheless this GPS is built to withstand. i got it at one of the shop in textile centre and still under warranty. I've receipt to prove, and since it has been dropped before, I'm willing to let go at $700 cos i jus bought a GSA LC so i'm planning to buy the Nav5 which can be integrated with the bike. it comes with all the necessary ram mount fittings to mount on the bike. i can be reached at 97461274 if anyone is keen. Manual says to use 5W-40.

Tried 10W-50 but its giving me gear shifting problem when hot.
