Hahahaaaaaaa with the manual, this hands can do wonders..!!

Its just good to know what u are mending with. Know ur bike well and u won't be likely got fried from mechanics.

 

there ain't much electronics on fz16.

 

basically just the carb/idling that you might be meddling with.

Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....

Not at the moment.

 

I've just fixed my bike with an aftmrkt xhaust. Really can feel the power kick in on every throttle but of course this is not really "sg street legal"..

Uhuh! That's the one! Volume control screw!! So it's anti clockwise, will try over the weekend maybe :D

 

Just a quote from online resources a 2-stroke bike will control the air while our 4-stroke will control the fuel.. Therefore if u want a rich mixture for our bike, it'll be anti clockwise (uncsrew) whereas a more lean mixture will be clockwise (lock). After u tweak this slotted screw, ride ur bike awhile then check ur plug if ur mixture is too rich/lean..

Mine is "AHRS" made in Indonesia.. I'll try to load it into my profile but will have to wait coz on nite shift.. Its a straight flow, produced a bassy sound but what i like best is the feel in the throttle..

I've seen this advertised before, an "undercover" aft mrkt exhaust. I did not try to check coz my ori exhaust is still at my mech wrkshp..

Unless ur exhaust is not too loud then maybe the undercover will work else the sound will give it away..

I believe there is still quite a q of waiting list.. Some of our bros/sisters here have already pre-ordered maybe like 3mths ago & still waiting..

Hey guys, do anyone of you know where to install top case rack for FZ16??

 

 

 

 

sporting motor or unique. a modification is required to fit the rack as dun have aftermarket rack for fz16, they use fz150i rack

it's your air filter box inlet for air to flow in to your carburator to engine

 

do not block the air inlet what so ever ... it's like your mouth and nose ... the engine need good clean air for breathing which is filtered by the air filter in the box ...

With kick start, it's the newer batch. Rather say, gen 2 :)

may i know what's the modification? does it involve cutting the body fairings?

 

Cutting of under tail. Maybe around 3-5cm on 2 side.

No la.... his not riding fz16. He just surf web find poison and feed us with those devil poison. Lol! :)

@mjbs64 possible to source for this poison? :thumb:
