The burg is in sg. Store and occasionally ridden by another rider at Loyang Offshore.

 

I am in USA right now.

Yea, can only start when it's off the main stand...haiz..

 

Ok. firstly, becos the vespa is heavier at the backside, so when you rock it forward, you need to exert some force from upward down at the handlebar at roughly 45 degrees so that the scoot, will slide down after rocking forward at the front.

 

For rubber bands, get those flat like flat noodles kinda rubberbands. They are flatter and used by mailmans or delivery man for thick heavy envelopes. You should be able to find those in packets at stationary stores or Mustafa Centre.

 

Just wrapped a few pieces around your stand leg where the contact to the floor is. And keep adding on the bands if any snap or are worn out.

 

Eventually, you will be able to get the knack of pushing down your scoot from main stand even without the bands. Hope this helps.
