Go for a pipe that suits your riding style. As a 2-stroker, we don't have much

of a choice with regards for pipes..

 

u r totally wrong...2stroke had been ard for years..we hav more choices than the 4 strokes but u hav to prepare some extra $$ as a upfront deposit upon purchase due to legal issues

It does not mean that any particular brand will kill your FC by alot. Depends

on a few things, riding style, A/F settings, jetting. All depends where

you want your power to come in.

yo bro, nice to c u still riding the scoot...anyway I guess itz abt time for u to do a review on ur FXR if it can last you for another few more years wifout a huge headache anot b4 u decide to renew or change. Like for my ride in order to last till the end of 10yrs I hav to do a huge reconditioning project.

 

Remember always by 10yrs, too many parts within the bike had worked enuff n will ask for retirement pretty soon so u hav to review HOW MANY of these parts do u hav n the cost of replacing them

 

yea true enough the bike is hitting a decade soon, n parts are not gettin any cheaper.. lately i'm seeing lesser 2 strokers out there, haha maybe its a sign :angel: time to get a 4 stroker instead.. This bike had served me well anyway with norm probs here n there... hey spy u still ridin urs?

mah vxr 200 had prob..

 

it is harder to start.. need alotsa time to switch it on.

 

sumtime when it is on, it will died again after awhile idling.

 

currently i increase da idling but da temp too increased. any solutions?

meaning u have to crank many times b4 the bike will start?

do u smell petrol?

check ur fuel pipes, fuel pump & filter

check ur spark plug & cable too

check ur coolant level & when was the last time u flushed ur coolant? is ur water pump working?
