It doesn't matter if you're riding a X-1 or a X-11. If you constantly practiced what you learnt, I do not see why you will forget.

According to what Corse posted, the course he will be conducting will provide you with an invaluable lesson on riding. I believe will be useful, regardless whether you riding a small, mid or big CC bike.

my 2 pence.

I hope i can conduct this course for all...

Apparently, not many pple have replied me yet.

And my other partner who is helping me to organize this has left for overseas for a month or so.

Dont put ur hopes up to high.. I dont want u guys to be disappointed if it doesn't work out. Economy not so good, so it wil take some time. My partner and i was planning to start this thing going next year, Jan or Feb, hopefully.

As some of you might already know, Schools Conduct Defensive Riding Course.

Some pple take it for extra knowledge, others need the Certificate to ride into Army Camps.

But...i would like to conduct an Advance Riding Course. More things that you have not learn in school before.

This will include both theory and practical.

You will be using your own bike to improve better handling, on your own bike.

This course will improve on;

-Posture

-Braking

-Accelaration

-Cornering

-U-turns

-Offset Pylon Slaloms

Further Advance Materials (For Track Use as well);

-Sport Riding Techniques

-Hanging Off

-Accelaration Timing

-Braking timing

-Reference Points

-CounterSteering

-Peripheral Vision

-Trial Braking

-Bliping

-Lining

Before I start the course, i would like to know who is interested. I will try to rent Kallang Car Park Space for use.

Cost for each person is not finalist yet.

Please add me on msn and leave ur name, forum nick, bike model(compulsory) and hp number(if possible),. Thanks

i'm sure you don't need to go to the extremes of buying a suit. i think the ssdc elbow & knee pads should be quite alright. is it, corse?

yup...last thursday evening 8.10pm, Lesson 5.

I was late...arrived only at 8.25pm.

Rushing to warm up before assessment...

Ride like a mad woman into crank course.

Fell and tried to hold on to my bike.

The bike pulled me along and I lay flat on the grass patch for like 10 minutes.

People came to help me up but I told them not to touch me because my shoulder is dislocated.

10 mins later, my shoulder popped back into place.

Half an hour later, I continued my lesson.

LOL.

OT abit, was at CDC yesterday and saw people doing pract 3 fig 8/crank course. SO MANY PEOPLE FELL DOWN! got this malay dude i saw thought he was rossi, entered the figure 8 very fast, cleared the first left turn luckily, tyres were rubbing against the outer kerb. and the second right turn i saw him speed up want to bua the crash bar but failed terribly

strike kerb and flew off the bike and hit head first wow. amazingly he just limped his way to the bike and rode it. very cute, just ride over the fig 8 and crank course towards the road thinking its a scrambler and yes, he fell down on the road again.
