A stupid question

I see many sports bike dun have rear box so where do they put their helmets? walk around with their helmets (so inconvenient) also i see some helmets hanging from the side of their bike, is it safe? are they not afraid their helmets get stolen? if u think this is a stupid question, just ignore lol

Well I have a box on my, but I sometimes hang them on the hooks which are available under the rear seat, then lock the rear seat thereby locking the helmet. But people still can cut the straps lar...

If you using full face or some expensive open face just carry along with you, safer that way.

My friend used to use the thick bicycle cable lock to secure his AGV helmet onto his bike.

to some riders they think putting a box on the sport bike defeats the purpose of the sporty look of getting a sport bike. so carrying their expensive helmets around is ok to them... ( same reason i dun have a box ) teehee!

Ever heard of tail bags?

 

They can be strapped onto your pillion seat, and could hold a helmet or two. Detachable to carry around your helmet

depends on wat sport bike? 2b nsr r15 kr, these 3 i have seen ppl installing box.. onli solution is buy sport tourer =P

There is nothing wrong with putting boxes on sports bikes. I use my sports bike for track, which it does very well. At other times, it's a form of transport, where it is expected to perform commuting duties well. Looks don't matter to me.

i felt nth wrong to have a box or side box in a sport bike... jus tat appearance not very nice... but to protect all ur belongs it is better... someting is not ur helmet lost.. is ur visor.... and some ppl don care jus cut away ur strap coz making a new strap is cheaper den to buy ur helmet...

I just gave him an option. Of course given IF i ever have a sportsbike i'd definitely want to get leathers and a good ff to pair it up with.

Cannot imagine wearing a open face and 0.5secs before your chin hits the floor, you're wishing you had a full face, or likewise for any other gear.

When it is put at the side of the bike, it is very safe... the chair of it has crushed the line ... the stealer has to cut the helmet line to get the helmet...

01) Carry your helmet(s)

02) Lock your helmet(s) on your bike (Chain/Helmet Lock)

03) Install Box(es)

04) Buy bike which looks nice with box(es)

05) Take Public (No helmets)

06) Don't wear helmet

07) Don't ride bike

08) Buy Car

09) Don't go out

10) Wear your helmet where ever you go

 

Problem solve!
