Accident claim. HELP!

I was going straight through a junction and a car from the opposite lane, turning right, didn't stop and just turned. When i saw that he was in my path i immediately jam the brakes and skidded and fell. There was no point of contact but its clearly his fault. There was a turning pocket which his car was way past that. So clearly he didn't stop for me to pass. I'm just wondering if the claim will be in my favor or not. I've got pictures that prove his car is out of the pocket. But everyone is telling me its gonna be hard cause i didn't bang him. Zzzz. If i know i rather bang then try to avoid. -_____- So any advice guys?

chance of success is very low to nil. if i am the driver, i will say didn't you notice the banana skin on the ground?

Go make a police report, providing all the information and the pictures that you have. You may have an Investigating Officer handling your case, and if the IO decides to charge the driver for dangerous driving, you can then point out to your insurance company that liability should be with the driver for causing the accident.

encountered something like that before. cut the long story short, hard fight. i think i ended up forking out money instead. actually it depends on the lawyer your bikeshop engaged for you also.

don't engage lawyer from global motor bikeshop can le. Mine since Sept 2010 accident until now no news. Call the bikeshop ladyboss for the lawyer contact and always say will get back to me after that purposely avoid my phone call until i kinda give up chasing for the lawyer outcome.

Wow that's really long. I went to a shop in AMK industrial area. The lawyer say can claim 80-90% chances. That's pretty good for me i think. Haha. Roughly how long you think will take to get the money uh?

In tis era, if u still got cheated by bikeshops then i think u r really goonz coz now unlike in e past pple r more knowledgeable n more cautious.. There's always avenue for u to check so its up to u whether u wanna make e diff or leave ur fate to e hands of those unscrupulous bikeshops..
