what box model is that? trekker series?

 

did ASP stamp warranty booklet? they told me they will and BS says to make sure they stamp.

 

Ya its trekker series. They sign n stamp on e warranty card. But was told by e mechanic they don carry original oil filter.

just installed the h&b rack for top box...wondering how to

secure the rack fr theft etc...

 

btw i paid the h&b crash bar for 270...

I did nothing to the rack to prevent theft. But I do cover my bike when it's parked at MSCP.

Went Mtechnik to fix up the pannier racks but the pannier boxes I wanted no stock. Will wait for next shipment in about a month's time.

 

Met fuddlybob for the 2nd time. Nice chatting, too bad I was in a hurry to leave. Can't wait for our first NC meeting.

17K for nc700xc, price not too bad, warranty under boon siew. Some other bike shop PI version got no warranty.

I'm getting junior 30. At a loss deciding between 30 or 40litres. 40 is definitely good for touring, can store more and helmets as well. 30 is more practical for SG riding. Believing that I'm the lazy type and will not remove the panniers every now and then, will get the 30. Squeezing between traffic and parking in motorbike lots would be easier as well.

BS price is before insurance and GST... check out price at ASP, their authorized dealers...usually cheaper by a couple of hundreds.

Thought that the trekker series looked really CHIO and had wanted to consider it BUT...

 

putting down a 50% down payment and waiting for 2 months is absolutely ridiculous!!

 

So all biz went to M-technic...

sure no prob...

I've checked wif Chiap Lee trax side panniers cost $800+ for a pair, rack is not è same as h&b.
