ask u all ar, when clutch in and kick all the way down gear 1 at around to speed 40-60, the gear feel like its touching the chain or something when i am kicking frm 2 to 1, is this normal? and hor if fuel tank got one small dent, possible to repair anot ar? or mustr change liao?

 

Thought u got a chopper for a bike? haha...

If u gotten a sp.. the most normal thing u expect is a "thut" when down gear from 2-1... I always try to down it when I am going at around 10km/hr++ cos i suppose the "thut" will screw my gearbox..

 

u may wan to try out bukit batok midway building.... just dun go the 517 motordiam

Been thinking about it and um gona take off my P plate this 12 july.Ain't planning to get class 2A bike,rather go for class 2.But for the time being,I'm gona continue my Sp for the next 2 years.So,is it wise.Just can't find that thread about porting so please pm me or speak ya mind.

 

Gona change fast throttle at jb next week.Hu wana follow?

First off..What makes you wanna do that? Secondly..Who suggested it to you? Thirdly find out from thar person a little bit more about the process and why it has to be done..Lastly..Don't do anythin to your bike that you do not have any idea about lest regret later..

i dun advise porting unless u wanna race or gain more power.. but fc gonna be high and looking at current situation the petrol price going up i dun think u wan to spend more petrol money.. as for pipe.. only sp stock pipe lor is legal.. illegal 1s got alot.. got money can liao.. but bare in mind the fine is S$700..

anyway, i got a few qns, sori for 1st time joining already ask so many questions.

 

1) when my bike is idling, got this funny sound. like tok tok tok coming from the engine. then the rpm never stay at 1 spot, keep moving around.

 

2) where is this auntie shop? i read from other post, that it is the same building as ah boy, but ytd i go, cant seem to find it. want to buy some stickers.

1) That should be your clutch housing , mine too. Most Sp's have this sound due to throwing clutch eg. It dosen't really matter but if u wanna get it fix, a 1st hand housing + workmanshiip should cost about 250-300 SGD. in JB i duno

 

2) I think your refering to the shop where they sell lots of stickers adn bolts; nuts ; misc ? its just beside LAB . 2 shops away i guess ?

jus get normal spray can lo.. find e color u wan, spray over e orginal cover then spray additional layer of lacquer over e paint, so dat it can be longer lasting..

bt 1st when u tk out e meter cover, sand n smoothen e surface if there is any uneven ones..

for ur info, lacquer spray paint cans sold in shops it will be stated as "clear" rather than e lacquer word...
