Bros, has anyone encountered a RAPID "slow leak" on your tyres (or tires)? I have been pumping air into my rear tyre every time when I pump petrol (about 2~3 days). The pressure pumped in is 290kPa, but after 3 days, it will drop to probably 40~60 kPa. This is horrible as there is no nail or anything obvious that puncture my tyre. The valve stem is alright as well. Two workshops ask me to change tyre, but I am reluctant.

I am hoping that someone can advise me if there is other way to do it. Research shows that it could be the sealing of tyre and rim is not good and could be fixed. Is it true? And for a Battlax tyre, what is the rough cost?

Thanks for the kind Samaritan who is willing to reply me. Thank you so much!

if your rims are dented @ the side, it will leak. if service rim, i think 1 is $80. pls make sure its your rim 1st. slowly check see whether your rims got any dent or not 1st. use soap water to spray @ the tires part that come in contact with your rims to look for air coming out. as its a slow leak, its really not easy. did the mech take out the tire? is the internal of the rims wet? if its wet, its your rim problem.

Hi all. Can you clear something up for me? What years were the NSR 150 manufactured in? (ie 1990 - 2001)

Also, is there a list of plate characters referenced to date for S'pore? (ie FT-****-G = 1998)
