nope, he changed the piston rings along with the carb, valve and piston washing. oh and a new sparkplug. it starts SLI I I GHTLY easier now and it only corrected 1 problem.

 

previously, revving above 7000rpm at gear 2 will cause intermittent power loss. once it hits 7000rpm, it will not cross 9 but swing between even though my throttle was open. now it doesn't do that anymore. my valve rod was bent. i saw it at the shop. they allegedly hammered it straight (went to get burgers, didn't witness it)

 

currently there's no more intermittent power, it's considered smooth compared to it's pre-service status. it still sounds like a choked duck at 5000rpm (6th gear) but i guess that is normal.. then again, i will not return to that shop after they 'forgot' to shut my radiator cap and went for a high rpm sprint. left the front steaming out and my engine hot as fire

Mine same as yr's 4k-5k choked too, the kind of laggy feeling...sian

 

Everyone is saying SP lidat de cuz 2strokers, but the first 2months it was smoother...full servcing done le, dunno what else can do. I'm wondering if there's something to do with the fuel line?

Hi blackheart, i think u oso can let that india kid tuning. Now i can feel little little little bit chok only, i will let him tuning again oh. His kung fu not bad...
