LIGHTEST CLASS 2 bike

Hey guys,

 

I need your opinions on which is the lightest class 2 bike now. I'm only abt 1.5m, im a guy . riding a super 4 now and really really wanna upgrade but having second thoughts abt the weight and seat height of class 2 bikes. My super 4 also i cut the seat till no sponge. Pls help me! also can pm me. thanks !

Mine is a 2005 honda cbr 600 rr

 

But

 

Most 600cc in this era is kinda light weight.

 

N yes even lighter then a super4

 

And dog bones are available for all/most

the weight is about 150 - 160kg for the 2002 model. the last model tadao Baba designed.

 

04 model is the newer generation one that weights light. about 180kg. pretty good.

Try KTM Duke 690 as well, model starting from 2012

It should be slightly lighter than sportbike because the engine has one cylinder, more narrow but slightly higher.

The 600 rr entered production in 2003, the 2005 redesign was lighter than the original, and the 2007 model was probably the lightest. 2009 model is about the same unless you get the ABS version which is a little heavier.

 

Anyway weight is subjective, some bikes are heavier but feel lighter because of weight distribution, height and riding position.

 

So in conclusion - just get a Ducati Panigale.

Try K5~K6 1000cc. The seat is quite narrow, making the seat looks lower. Can try.

KTM got 2 models of 690, one is 690SMC®, the other one is DUKE 690.

Could I confirm with you, most almost all Gixxers have lower seat heights compared to similar sport bikes?

i guess the choice is CBR600.. look nore style also leh pipe under the seat
