Wah, suddenly got so much discussions going on...

 

Teaching how to hook is quite a hard thing to do. But what you can do is to take a look at some of the forums and websites online. Some of them do provide some insight on how to perform a proper release.

 

I'm still a beginner so i'm still learning as well. Cheers!

Lol, not long lah, only started middle of last year.....200+ heng heng oni lah..

Ah......... Tt kallang leisurepark used to be my training place b4 my bowlnig team moved to East Coast Park Bowl... Now again going to change training place. Dunno where to move to ?? I waited for my guy captain... I never play bowling for a very long time wor.... Kinda miss bowling...
