Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

i have to warm up my bike for ard 2mins b4 i can ride it if not it will engine stall by itself. happened afew times on the road lucky nth happen to me. does anyone have this problem here?!~ btw i riding a 06 fz6n

Nwae my gf's fz6 recently experiencd smwht like pwrloss eg: when exiting filter lanes, even aft drping gear the bike seems to pickup speed slowly n when travelling open throttle fully also same thing, is dat a norm for fz6? Its only a 3 mth old bike..

What is the idling speed?

Should be around 1200rpm .

For 09 S model, yes the forks are black. The only visible difference is that the 10 model comes with black coated rearset, pillion foot rest mount and exhaust sleeve.

wonder if anyone ever seen a rider carrying a clutch and ride..... hmmm...

 

clutch not dat big.. wat so unusual about it? Seen riders with tires, exhausts, end cans, rims etc..

 

the suprising ones are those with unusual stuff.. two top box stacked on each other, wooden bench, big LCD tv, stone statue..those made me look twice! :lol:

try increase your idling. between 1000 to 1200 rpm is ok.

check the plugs, plug connections, battery, throttle, throttle cables (for kinks) , air filter.

 

FZ6 can pickup like a bat outa hell so its not normal.

aaahh.. crutches.. makes more sense.. yes, seen riders with crutches.. my cuz one of them.. crashed on the track, broke his foot. Came back SG, hopped on his 2nd bike (small cc, auto) and happily rode around with his foot in a cast and his crutches slung like fishing rod. :lol: :lol: :lol:
