Its basically a tekan seesion, i had this experience before in 2000 when i was riding a Yamaha WR200. Was caught by the white ants for exhaust, lock the bike in Maxell for a week.. escort to LTA for inspection. After the inspection there they give me a list of **** that are not stock and ask me to change. WTF! (Not stock but still consider approved) The list include things like..

1. Mirror

2. Tyres

3. No Mud Flaps

4. Signals

5. No. Plates

6. Exhaust

In the end kanna 700 bucks for nation building....

Nah screaming chickens sound way better then stock IMO...at least the note can be heard... Stock ones r ****... Sound so quiet that u can hear all the valve noise that's already so bad. Will I like it? I dunno... But let's just say the pipes play an important part of owning a Harley... For me anyways. Wat to do... Suck it up n ride stock or don't ride... Sucky week for PBS... Sucky week for me.

maybe the sound is used to cover up all the flaws you can hear on the bike? heh

Colour different lah... Not the same as stick lah and all that crap. Anyone knows how much is the fine? Good thing is... I'm fixing up all thestock parts now. Wouldn't get any trouble n ride piece of mind. No need to hide. Pussification of my roadking

Ok my bike is officially pussified now. Low end torque is improved n bike is smoother. Exhaust has a deeper tone but is extremely soft. Guess I'll have to live with it until something changes in the law. Doubt so tho. Reason n logic is not high up on the list of considerations lta takes. Money n ease of enforcement pushes everything. Even if one were to argue... The law is the law n an offence is an offence. Logic will dictate a review of the contradictions of the standards of exhaust approval in sg... But I guess it is just easier to send a bunch of guys on the road and tell em to catch everyone. Suggestions n feedback seems to b treated as complaints n therefore resentment from top down. Sigh~ nothing changes. Suck it up or leave I'm told :)

from my conversations with 3 lta officers... 2 who caught me n one I met at the inspection centre... I get the feeling that this will not cool down. Guess the new enforcement responsibility guidelines between TP n lta publicized some time back worked well huh. I do believe lta has beefed up enforcement officers. So many new chaps around that I've met... Young...

Well, all parts that are deemed dangerous, problematic, too beautiful for this tiny island, have been replaced with the safe, problem free and in-line-with-a crime free state parts. The silent blue fellow.

This is boring man, no Harley is complete if without any custom parts... Sianz....

No wonder your number plate's for sale at Ideal Motor. I've seen the advertisement on the Saturday's Classified Ads.

tmax--fantastic scoot!! great at corners tops at 190kmh, i owned it for a year before going the german way

You owned a T-Max? Cool... I got a feeling it happened when I was in HK, so I didn't see the scooter at all.
