guys, my m4 is almost reaching 100k. do i need to overhaul ?? and whats the spocket size for stock ? i should be changing those soon too.

 

Stock m4 is 15 front 46 rear. Most of us go for 14 and 43 for better ratio

thanks! The kawa got carb issues; ordered some parts two months ago, good news is the parts arrived but now top of engine block seeping oil, tat one small matter. Just a while more to go.

But, hehehehe, play with new toy first : )

Thinking of getting my bike serviced this Friday.

The usual regular stuff like oil , oil filter, air filter, sparks , tighten chain etc...

 

I would prefer to wait as they fix my bike as it shouldnt take longer than 2 hours.

Any recommendations where to go? I really dont want to leave bike overnight (becos i want to ride it on Friday).

Pay more no problem if good and quick job

If you want it quick I guess your best bet would be raymond at eunos ave 4, Bike Harbour.

Erm, ave 4 is a one way road. His place is on the left nearer the first cross junction. Give him a call if you can't find him, 96824277.

Besides, isn't USD$50 about SGD$75 (using a x1.5 rate for buffer) after conversion? Plus/minus a little?

depending on what model u ride, there are various mechanics to go to. but to answer your qns, NO!!

is using the choke everyday to start my M4 very bad for engine?? i have to rev to high rpms so the choke will stay else it will die off and hard to start again.. everymorning have to choke + high rev when starting or will not ignite.

Your bike needs tuning. Bring it in to a ducati mechanic to up the idle setting. Try removing the ears from airbox first and see if it works first. Cheers
