Every bike has its own history. So i doubt we will be able to give u a generic answer. We would have to see, smell and hear it before giving out 2 cents.

Honestly speaking, the bird is totally under usage, i ride my wave to work n drive the car wen im out wif my wife. So tinking of selling both n get a bike solely for transportation to work n tatz wer i suddenly tot of m400 as i haf rode vtec3 n sub-ride gsr400 b4

M400 is quite a fun bike .. was riding a spec 3 before it and boy it is much more fun than a japanese bike.. good for cornering and going up twisties. What is the cons is that it will lose out to a japanese bike due to its low top end, high maintence and high FC. Im getting like 19/l instead of 23-25/l on a spec 3.

Roadtax go to onemotoring and key in 696 cc.

 

Insurance for ur age and 20% ncb should be abt 1.4k - 1.5k est.

Maintance high meh? Its the other parts that cost mah. Ave diff in price from jap to italian is abt 3x more. But some things do last more then 3x longer. Others not.

i found out my ignition coil is giving me troubles. whenever i hit 120km i will have 1 cylinder misfiring. the coil is over heated for one of the spark plugs.. yet to discover which plug is it..
