well the current sliders u have are directly fixed onto ur engine mounting , what happen if you fall? The screws that are holding your sliders will hit ur mounting , and at times cos damages to the mounting , with the bracket the support is there if anything goes wrong. Not sure still can sms me. Made by a fjr rider , sold by a fjr rider.

For first hand, its temporary no stock till Jan/Feb. Hong Leong now has the Clutchless model going at an offer price. Left 1 only.

 

For 2nd hand, last i know of is at I-Motoring at Bukit Merah. Not sure of the price.

Thanks v much for the info, I just called them. The bike is the 07 model going for $20,500. Quite out of my budget. I will probably be looking at 6-8 years old bike then.

 

Btw, are FJR realiable in old age like ST11? Im dont see many old FJR on sales so I wonder where are all the old ones? If they are not around, is it because they are not reliable as they reach their 10 yrs mark or their mileage mark?

NOT TRUE... you cant see much around in the shop because its all on the road FJR is so reliable that nobody is selling ...its a bike for keep Bro, ever heard a guy bought an FJR sold n buy back FJR 3x ?

bloody reliable lah bro..im riding an '04. just did servicing last sat. suddenly my bike like best sia...just changed to pilot road 2 sumore! superb lah! nowadays if i drive or bmw to work, just feel like i miss my bike sia.. come back only go out for makan just to ride bike..haha..
