Like Zamani said, $210 is crazy. I got mine for $90 a piece from Auto as well... $80 will be a steal. Only 2 screws.

thanks dude! actually i stayed at sadao only. did not go up to hatyai for the bike week. rushing ah. it was part of my friend's 'farewell' trip. fella selling off his bike for the time being ah.

 

we left gp at 0000hr and reached the border at 0900hr. slept at a hotel at rm55 til about 1600hr and shot back to sg. reached sg at 0100hr. tiring as hell, it being my first and farthest-in-short-time ride. BUT ENJOY LAH! best!

actually, it just a cashbox. can be bought at mustafa. near the books/hardware section at the top floor there. got many sizes to choose from. then bring to mototiam ask them to re-spray to your bike colour. take note though: the metal handle will rust and water can seep thru when it rains (though a little bit only). the best would still be the pelican box that some bros here are using. u can choose many sizes and even have the inner foam that can be moulded to hold specific stuff like camera (with lens) etc. more durable, more reliable, looks nice. for info on the pelican box, gotta ask some of the mates here who have them installed on their bikes. hope that helps.

i just found out the other day that mine is called techno jade

 

but... something bad happened on monday. while i was walking towards my bike on monday morning, it was lying on her left side

 

my bike was parked beside a car lot. and apparently, some idiot driver must have knocked down my bike (it was on main stand!!!) while reversing into the lot or something. i noticed some slight scratches on the right side pannier, which i think is the contact point between my bike and the vehicle.

 

now the left side of the bike is disfigured liao, heart pain :cry:

 

there was no witness or evidence, so cannot find out how it happened...

 

bro......after read the post one by one to here , i presume i am the 3rd owner of the bike now....
