Let me know next time you're headed to PG. I'll bring my RS. I wanna see the Z with someone else piloting it around e track. Anyway, best to take it slow first time out. Sure dun wanna drop that baby.

My RS is already scratched up so I don't care. :p

i'm 67kg.....

for modern bikes these days u dun need to set rider sag, just static sag enough liao...... unless u supersized eg. over 90kg

but then again depends on ur riding style.... our bike no compression damping, only rebound damping..... just play with it lor.....

In my opinion if you're riding a new 04 model 1000cc sports bike you had better be doing friggin fast laps or you look like a wally.

Then again, litre-class superbikes look fast even when just standing still. :D

The 2004 Z750 & Z1000 look much nicer with the half fairing. The clocks are different, too... traditional speedo & tacho with LCD odometer.. I prefer this to the silly hi-tech ZX-6 all-LCD type... hard to read, especially when the sun is shining on it.

With 600cc supersports prices in Malaysia reaching absurdly insane levels (try RM63,000 for the new ZX-6... back in 2002 you could get a Blade 954 for that kind of money), the RM50K Kawa Z750 sits at the top of my list... well, maybe after I finish paying of the car and apartment.. :faint:

Pauche> I wouldn't worry too much. Best you join me on my first session to PG with the RS125. Sure go darn slow as it's gonna take me a while to get the bike sorted and learn to ride it. I'm certainly no track expert and I no longer have heaps of power to make up for my lack of skill and poor gear selection.

haha

:p

picking up my larger carby later today and taking the bike to ideal tonight or tomorrow. Should be ready for a track session soon. :)

Just got my new RS Taiche pants to match (zip to) my jacket last Fri. Last time I was using a friends Dianese leather touring pants that didn't have knee sliders.
